The Chiefs rookie class will be getting together this evening to turn into coaches for a day.
The National Sports Center for the Disabled (NSCD) and the Chiefs will hold a free interactive Football AbilityCAMP for children ages 6-18 with disabilities, either physical or developmental, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Wizards practice facility in Swope Park at East 63rd Street & Lewis Road; the entire Chiefs rookie class of 2010 is scheduled to appear, including top draft picks Eric Berry, Dexter McCluster, Javier Arenas, Jon Asamoah and Tony Moeaki.
Good for the Chiefs. Even with the whole 10-wins-in-three-years thing, they've been pretty good about getting out into the community.
