The NBA Draft committee typically invites potential lottery picks to New York for the night of the NBA Draft to make for more compelling television, but they survey enough NBA teams to make sure that only the best of the best are invited so that no one gets embarrassed.

This year's best of the best apparently includes Kansas teammates Cole Aldrich and Xavier Henry as they are among the 15 players that will be at the draft in person.

Henry was one of the last two players, along with Kentucky's Patrick Patterson, selected to join Aldrich in the green room for Thursday night's festivities according to Jonathan Givony of Draft Express.
