Former Kansas Jayhawks guard Sherron Collins was once thought to be a late second round pick.

Last night, he went undrafted.

Jayhawks coach Bill Self commented on Collins' future.

“I feel for Sherron, but certainly, it’s not lost,” Self said. “He’s put himself in a situation where he’s going to have to work harder and be more disciplined than he ever has been to show everybody they made a mistake."

If I had to guess, Collins' career will be short-lived if it's ever revived. Undrafted players in the NBA don't stick around very often.
