Danario Alexander has gone from 118 catches and nearly 2,000 yards to the practice squad.

The Rams announced their practice squad and it included Alexander.

That means any team at any team can sign him but if they do it means he has to go to the active roster. The practice squad isn't the active roster.

This basically means he's a developmental player or he still has a little work to do getting healthy.

He's had three knee surgeries which complicates things.
