Chiefs vs. Chargers: Depth Chart Suggests Ryan O'Callaghan Will Play

The Kansas City Chiefs depth chart the last two weeks has had starting right tackle Ryan O'Callaghan listed as injured. He's been out with some sort of foot injury and didn't participate in practice on Monday.

Even though he's been out, the latest depth chart has O'Callaghan as the first team right tackle. He's not listed as injured.

That doesn't necessarily mean for sure he will or will not play but it does suggest that he'll be ready for the season opener.

This would be huge for the Chiefs if O'Callaghan can play.

If he weren't ready to play, it would likely mean some roster shuffling because the Chiefs only have Barry Richardson as the extra offensive tackle. On the left side, it's Branden Albert. On the right side, it's O'Callaghan. Richardson is backing them both up

That's not a very large number of offensive tackles so if O'Callaghan wasn't ready you would think the Chiefs would have someone ready to roll as a backup.

They haven't done that yet. O'Callaghan is listed as healthy on the depth chart.

That appears to mean he's going to play...but don't expect Todd Haley to confirm that.
