The Kansas City Chiefs have handed over the quarterback duties to the recently acquired Kyle Orton and regulated Tyler Palko back to the bench where he will be Orton's backup. Orton gives the Chiefs a better chance against the Green Bay Packers, but the Packers are expected win as they are a two-touchdown favorite.
At this point in the season the Chiefs are playing for pride as they are essentially out of the playoff race. The Chiefs are three games back of the Denver Broncos in the AFC West and there are only three games left on the schedule. So, the Chiefs are playing for next year and their 2012 draft position.
