The Baylor defense has struggled all season, although their offense has yet to score fewer than 21 points.
While the No. 12 Oklahoma Sooners have two losses on their record, they came against the No. 2 Kansas State Wildcats and No. 4 Notre Dame Fighting Irish. In each of their six victories though, the Sooners have won by at least 15 points and they will look to do exactly that against the Baylor Bears.
Favored by 20.5 points, the Sooners are certainly expected to roll over the Bears. While the season began with three straight wins for Baylor, it turned sour as they lost four consecutive games before finally snapping the losing streak with a 41-14 win over Kansas on Saturday.
Particularly bad for Baylor has been a defense that allowed fewer than 23 points for the first time of the season when they held the Jayhawks to 14. During a three week span against West Virginia, TCU and Texas, the Bears allowed a combined 175 points and lost each game despite scoring 134 points.
The Sooners will need to slow that Baylor offense though, as no team has managed to keep them from scoring at least 21 points. Saturday's game is scheduled to kickoff in Norman, Oklahoma at 2:30 p.m. CT.
