The Jayhawks continue their climb up the national polls this season.

As the Kansas Jayhawks women's basketball team continues to rack up victories this season, their climb up the top-25 rankings also continues. They moved up three spots in this week's rankings into a tie with the UCLA Bruins at No. 17.

Both the Bruins and the Jayhawks collected 333 points in this week's poll. The Jayhawks remain one of just 19 teams throughout women's basketball without a loss on the season.

Most recently, the Jayhawks beat the Minnesota Golden Gophers 65-53 after they trounced the Grambling State Tigers 101-47 at the Allen Fieldhouse. The No. 17 ranking is the highest the Jayhawks have received in the AP poll since they sat at No. 14 in 1999.

The Jayhawks have a big game with the Arkansas Razorbacks in Fayetteville on Thursday night before coming home for a pair against the Newman Jets and Prairie View A&M Panthers. They'll finish the non-conference season on the road against the Cal Golden Bears before opening up Big 12 play at home against the Kansas St. Wildcats.
