The Samsung Mobile 500 gets underway on Saturday.

Time is running out to pick a winner for the 2012 Samsung Mobile 500 at Texas Motor Speedway this weekend. After Friday's Nationwide Series and Sprint Cup Series qualifying action, the main event on Saturday is all there is.

Kansas-area drivers Carl Edwards and Clint Bowyer will be there, with their uncanny knack for staying just as close in competition on the racetrack. The odds are in favor of Edwards out of the two, but Vegas says Jimmie Johnson is the favorite to come out on top.

Edwards is itching for a victory, though, since he's still on a 39-race losing streak and hasn't been able to perform his trademark celebratory back flip in over a year. Still, Edwards enters Saturday's event as the winningest driver there, winning three out of his 14 outings at Texas Motor Speedway.

Bowyer has scored top-10 finishes in five of his last seven races in Fort Worth, including the last three.

Here is a look at the television schedule for Saturday's race:

Date: Saturday, April 14, 6:30 p.m. CT

Location: Texas Motor Speedway, Fort Worth, Texas

TV: Fox
