The Royals and Cardinals are set to resume Missouri's I-70 series this weekend at Busch Stadium.

The Royals are suddenly hot as they head into St. Louis for the I-70 rivalry with the Cardinals this weekend. Kansas City has won two walk-off games on back-to-back nights, and swept the Brewers at home, their second sweep of the season.

One hot spot for the Royals - Alex Gordon has hit in 14 of 16 games since returning to the top of the batting order on May 27. K.C. also called up veteran pitcher Roman Colon from Triple-A Omaha to bolster a thin bullpen. Colon was 3-1 with a 3.34 ERA this year in Triple-A
