Tulsa takes on Nicholls State at 6 p.m. CT Saturday in Tulsa.
Tulsa hosts Southland Conference representative Nicholls State Saturday, and the Golden Hurricanes are looking to build on the success that came with a 45-10 win over Tulane Sept. 8.
Tulane senior safety Devon Walker was injured late in the game, suffering a fractured cervical spine and is in stable condition.
The Golden Hurricanes ride into the game with one of the nation's better rushing offenses, averaging 262 yards per game.
They're paced by junior Trey Watts (217 yards, 9.9 yards per carry) and junior Ja'Terian Douglas (140 yards, 5.8 yards per carry), and they look to maintain the ground attack against visiting Nicholls State.
The Colonels lost 9-3 to South Alabama in their only game this season -- their opener against Oregon State was postponed due to Hurricane Isaac.
Kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. CT Saturday at H.A. Chapman Stadium in Tulsa. Radio coverage in Tulsa is on KRMG 740 AM/102.3 FM.
