Oklahoma State is hosting the No. 12 Texas in their conference opener.
The Oklahoma St. Cowboys are hosting the Texas Longhorns who are ranked 12th in the country and are undefeated at 3-0. Last week, Oklahoma State rebounded nicely from their first lost of the year as they soundly defeated Louisiana-Lafayette 65-24.
This season Oklahoma State has used a two-quarterback system with Wes Lunt and J.W. Walsh fairly successfully as the two have combined for 1,084 yards, 10 touchdowns and four interceptions. Walsh is playing a little bit better by throwing six touchdowns to just one interception, plus he is averaging 9.73 yards per attempt.
The last time these two teams played Oklahoma State was victorious by winning 38-26, but that was a different team which was led by Brandon Weeden who was quarterbacking the team.
