The Chiefs and Raiders have been given an even line by oddsmakers in Sunday's Week 8 AFC West division battle.
The Kansas City Chiefs host division rival Oakland Raiders in Week 8 on Sunday afternoon, and oddsmakers have the contest's spread at dead-even.
According to OddsShark, the line, which opened even, currently remains at even odds for these two under-.500 AFC West squads. Of the few betting sites that have a spread, the Chiefs are 1-point favorites at home.
Additionally, an opening over/under point total this week of 42½ has dipped slightly to 41½ combined points.
The Raiders got by the Jacksonville Jaguars in overtime last week, 26-23, but failed to cover the 6-point spread. Meanwhile, Kansas City will start quarterback Brady Quinn for the second straight game in place of Matt Cassel. Quinn's first start of the season in Week 6 came against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, where the Chiefs were 5-point underdogs, and ended in a 38-10 blowout loss.
Quinn finished the contest in Tampa Bay going 22-for-38 passing for 180 yards, no touchdowns and two interceptions.
Kickoff is set for 3:05 p.m. CT Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium.
