Chiefs vs. Ravens injury report: Baltimore is healthy heading into Kansas City game

Evan Habeeb-US PRESSWIRE - Presswire

Baltimore had just two players listed on their Friday injury report. Tackle Jah Reid is questionable and wide receiver Torrey Smith is listed as probable.

The Baltimore Ravens are a healthy team heading into their Week 5 game against the Kansas City Chiefs. There are only two players who were listed on Friday's injury report, and they were tackle Jah Reid, who was limited in practice with a calf injury and is questionable on Sunday. The other is wide receiver Torrey Smith, who has been bothered with an ankle issue. Smith fully participated on Friday and is officially listed as probable to play on Sunday.

The reason for the Ravens being so healthy is that they had 10 days off since their Week 4 game was played on Thursday night. This allowed for quarterback Joe Flacco to have his ankle to recover nicely, he has been a full participant all week.

Safety Ed Reed was fully able to practice all week, and this could be his first game of the season. Reed has been slowed down by a hamstring injury that has been bothering him since the preseason, and the Ravens have been cautious in bringing him back. This is the second straight week that Reed has practiced, but the team is being cautious as they had him inactive for their Week 4 game.
