The Kansas City Chiefs are gearing up for the 2012 NFL Draft, which is less than a month away. They're attempting to solidify a strict game plan and make decisions on which players they specifically will and will not be targeting. It appears that one of the names on their list is Iowa Hawkeyes wide receiver Marvin McNutt.
According to Aaron Wilson at Scout.com, the Big Ten all-conference player and Wide Receiver of the Year Award recipient has met with several NFL teams prior to the draft, including the Chiefs. He is the all-time leading receiver at Iowa and has somehow flown under the radar leading up to the draft, despite receiving good scouting marks and performing well at the 2012 NFL Combine in Indianapolis. He figured to be a big asset if the Chiefs can manage to land him.
