NFL Mock Draft 2012: Luke Kuechly Could Land In Chiefs Lap

Stay connected for news and updates

The Kansas City Chiefs are sitting pretty in the final mock over at Mocking The Draft, with Boston College LB Luke Kuechly available at No. 11:

Kansas City Chiefs - Luke Kuechly, LB, Boston College - This is a huge pick, he is one of the biggest steals in the draft. I think the Chiefs got a steal.

With Michael Floyd steadily rising up draft boards, it appears that offensive playmakers will once again dominate the Top 10: three QB's, two WR's and one RB are now projected to go before the Chiefs select at No. 11, which should give them almost the pick of the litter at nearly every other position.

Kuechly, an All-American LB who has been compared to the Dallas Cowboys Sean Lee, has been linked with Kansas City for some time, as he's the type of player that Chiefs GM Scott Pioli traditionally went for when he was working in the New England Patriots front office.
