In Week 3 of the NFL preseason, the Kansas City Chiefs offense is struggling against the Seattle Seahawks as they trail 23-7 at the half. The one touchdown that the Chiefs scored came on a lengthy 17-play, 80 yard drive that ate up 7:43 of the clock, and the scoring play came on a 9-yard touchdown pass from Matt Cassel to Dexter McCluster.
The best thing about the drive was the unintentional comedic celebration after the fact by Cassel:
That was the only real positive thing the Chiefs offense did in the first half. Cassel played the entire first half and has played fairly well by completing 11-of-19 passes for 84 yards with the one touchdown pass to McCluster.
As for the Chiefs defense, Seahawks rookie quarterback Russell Wilson is having a big game and is shredding the Chiefs. Wilson has thrown for 139 yards on 10-of-15 passes, and he has also thrown two touchdown passes.
