The Kansas City Chiefs offense failed to show up as they lost 44-14 to the Seattle Seahawks Friday night. Seahawks rookie quarterback Russell Wilson had a great game and carved up with the Chiefs defense by completing 13-of-19 for 185 yards and rushed for another 58 yards.
The Chiefs offense did not fair as well as starting quarterback Matt Cassel completed 19-of-34 passes for 168 yards as with one touchdown plus he also threw an interception which was returned for a touchdown.
The offense for the Chiefs had a bad night with the exception of rookie running back Nate Eachus, who had 98 yards on just 10 carries plus a touchdown, and wide receiver Dexter McCluster, who caught seven passes for 61 yards and a touchdown.
