2012 NFL Schedule: Kansas City Chiefs, Buffalo Bills Look For First Win

The Kansas City Chiefs travel north to face the Buffalo Bills on Sunday in a Week 2 matchup of teams with high expectations yet looking to avoid starting 0-2.

Both defenses struggled mightily in Week 1, as they were two of the four teams to give up 40 or more points. The Chiefs lost 40-24 at home to the Atlanta Falcons while the Bills gave up a Week 1-high 48, while mustering only 28 of their own, at the New York Jets.

Other AFC West games Chiefs fans will have an eye on: the Oakland Raiders (0-1) travel to play the Miami Dolphins (0-1) Sunday at noon, the San Diego Chargers (1-0) host the Tennessee Titans (0-1) Sunday at 3:25 p.m. and the Denver Broncos (1-0) travel to play the Falcons (1-0) in the Monday night game.

The Chiefs-Bills game from Ralph Wilson Stadium kicks off at noon CT and will be televised by CBS.
