Chiefs Continue Revolving Door On Practice Squad With Junior Hemingway

Stay connected for news and updates

Wide receiver Junior Hemingway has, once again, been cut by the Kansas City Chiefs.

As Joel Thorman of Arrowhead Pride points out, this is the third straight week Hemingway has been cut from the practice squad. Thorman adds the team will likely, once again, add him once practice week is over. He says the team is probably using the revolving-door tactic because the team has only seven offensive linemen to practice with, while most teams carry eight.

The 0-2 Kansas City Chiefs are preparing to face the New Orleans Saints, who are also 0-2, on Sunday in a battle of teams who expected far more to begin the season. The game at the Superdome is Sunday at noon and will be televised by CBS.
