The latest Top 10 Prospects list for the Kansas City Royals is out from Baseball America and a starting pitcher sits atop of a vaunted farm system. That's good news for a team that could use an ace in the making. Mike Montgomery is the pitcher of note and he's No. 1 for the Royals in a system that's ready to produce a number of big leaguers over the next few years. In addition to Montgomery, local product Bubba Starling is immediately No. 2 and he has yet to even get started after signing late last season.
