The Royals look to bounce back from Saturday's loss to the Cardinals as the two teams meet again on Sunday in the rubber match of their three-game interleague series.

Luis Mendoza will get his second start of the season for the Royals on Sunday and is looking to build off of a solid six inning outing against the Milwaukee Brewers in which he allowed just one run. Mendoza is 2-3 on the season with a 4.89 ERA.

St Louis will counter with Adam Wainwright who is 5-7 with a 4.75 ERA. Wainwright has been up and down all season but allowed just two runs in seven innings last time out in a loss to the Chicago White Sox.
