Ned Yost's lineup is identical to the one that knocked Cleveland starter Derek Lowe around on Tuesday, when the Royals knocked out eight runs on 14 hits en route to an 8-3 win. Luis Mendoza will hope for similar run support for Kansas City's offense on Wednesday, as he looks for his fifth win of the season.
