The sports books aren't giving the Kansas Jayhawks much of a chance in this Saturday's game against Oklahoma State
The Kansas Jayhawks host Oklahoma State this Saturday in a matchup of two teams without a Big 12 win. The books almost all have the Jayhawks as 24-point underdogs.
Kansas has lost in its two Big 12 games, falling to TCU, 20-6, at home and to Kansas State on the road last Saturday, 56-16. Oklahoma State was off last weekend, after losing its first Big 12 game to Texas, 41-36.
The Oklahoma State offense has averaged 55.8 points and 659 yards per game; the Cowboys are leading the nation in points per game. Kansas has allowed 29.6 points and 445 yards per game. The Kansas offense is scoring 20 p.p.g., and OSU is allowing 31 p.p.g. against. The over-under is 74 on most books.
Oklahoma State has defeated Kansas in seven of the teams' last eight games. Kansas is 1-8 against the spread in its last nine games with the Cowboys.
