Kansas Jayhawks freshman running back Darrian Miller has decided to transfer.
The Kansas Jayhawks have lost their first official player on their current roster with the addition of Charlie Weis as head football coach in Lawrence. That player is running back Darrian Miller.
"Thanks to everyone ive met over the past years and all the big homies who taught me..but I am officially no longer a Kansas Jayhawk" -- Darrian Miller's twitter feed
Weis had mentioned in the past that he expects some players to transfer and as football programs all across the country begin to start planning for their 2012 football campaigns, players like Miller have to make their own personal decisions.
Miller ran for 599 yards and 4 TDs as a true freshman for KU in 2011 and was generally considered as one of their most promising players on the roster.
