The showdown between No. 4 ranked Missouri Tigers and the No. 8 ranked Kansas Jayhawks is living up to its top-10 billing. At the half Missouri has a slight five point lead over Kansas 39-34. Both teams are shooting above 50 percent from the field and above 35 percent from three-point range.

For Missouri they are being lead by Marcus Denmon who has scored 16 points and is 6 for 8 from the field including making all three shots from three-point range, plus he has five rebounds, two assists and a steal. Kansas is being led by Tyshawn Taylor who has a game-high 17 points and is keeping them in striking distance against Missouri.

Right now the only discernable difference in this game is the free throw shooting where Missouri has made 7 of 9 while Kansas is only 2 of 3, and that five point difference just happens to be the difference in the game at the half.
