The NCAA Selection Show will be held on Sunday, March 11 at 6 p.m. ET and televised on CBS as many teams around the country will tune in hopes of hearing their names called and learning where they are headed in the tournament. The Kansas Jayhawks in particular will pay close attention as they are one of the teams fighting for a top seed in the tournament.
According to SB Nation's NCAA Tournament bracket expert Chris Dobbertean, the Jayhawks are still in line to earn a No. 1 seed in the tournament despite their semifinal loss to Baylor in the Big 12 Tournament. Dobbertean projects Missouri as a No. 2 seed and Kansas State as a nine seed. The big winner among Big 12 schools could be the Texas Longhorns who Dobbertean has in the tournament as a No. 3 seed.
