Suffering a recent history of painful upset losses in the NCAA Tournament, Kansas fans are certain to not overlook upstart NC State in the Sweet 16, but it's hard not to look at a potential Elite Eight pairing with North Carolina and former head coach Roy Williams in two days' time.
On paper the Tarheels should overhwhelm the upstart Bobcats, but of the top seeds, the Wall Street Journal is calling the 'Heels the most vulnerable of the No. 1 seeds. Certainly Kansas would match up better (if not overwhelmingly easier) with the Bobcats on Sunday.
