The Missouri Tigers (27-4, 14-4 Big 12) hope to continue their record setting season as they begin Big 12 Tournament play Thursday evening in Kansas City, having already set a school record for wins. They'll face Oklahoma State, who beat Texas Tech on Wednesday to advance to the second round.
One of the Tigers' four losses on the season came at Stillwater against OSU. One stat to possibly watch is the Tigers' shooting percentage, as they've been historically miserable playing at the Sprint Center, according to the Mizzou athletics web site:
Historically speaking, Mizzou has had trouble shooting the ball in Big 12 Tournament action in the Sprint Center. In its 4 Big 12 Tourney games at Sprint, Mizzou is a combined 36.9% from the floor (87-of-236), and it has also been outrebounded by an average margin of 10.3 per game (minus 41 in 4 games)...
