A pair of Jayhawks and a pair of Tigers will travel to the 2012 NBA Draft Combine June 7-8 in Chicago, Illinois, most notably big man Thomas Robinson, a projected first round pick. Joining Robinson will be KU teammate Tyshawn Taylor, and Missouri's Kim English and Marcus Denmon.
Robinson has been predicted to be a Top 5 pick somewhere after Kentucky's Anthony Davis, while Taylor could go as early as late in the first round or early in the second. While not physically gifted enough to be a first rounder, a growing consensus has English as a key sleeper pick, thanks to his work ethic, film study and practice habits. Denmon could use the Combine to improve his stock, as he's currently predicted to be a late second-rounder.
