Kansas Women's Basketball To Be Featured On ESPN

Stay connected for news and updates

The Kansas Jayhawks' women's basketball game against the Oklahoma Sooners on Feb. 17 will be featured on ESPN2. The Big 12 announced the conference's women's basketball television schedule on Wednesday.

The game, which is set for a 1:30 p.m. tipoff, is part of Play 4Kay, a group of games designed to honor former longtime North Carolina State coach Kay Yow and raise breast cancer awareness. Yow died from Stage 4 breast cancer in January of 2009. Teams routinely wear pink during the games.

Kansas also has three games set to be telecast on Fox Sports Net telecasts. The Jayhawks went 21-12 in 2011-12 before being eliminated by Tennessee in the Sweet 16.
