There's one major bit of drama still left to unveil in the world of college football and it all comes down to today. Did the Oklahoma State Cowboys do enough by whipping the Oklahoma Sooners 44-10 last night, or are they relegated to third place in the BCS Standings despite Alabama sitting still? It's been LSU-Alabama for the top two posts for several weeks now and it seems like destiny is bringing them back together. Yet OSU is the one team that could still crash the party with voters and whatever Fermi-type formula that the BCS computers use.
In Jerry Palm's BCS Projections over at CBS Sports, the news isn't good for the Cowboys as he believes the title game will still come down to LSU vs. Alabama. OSU comes in third followed by Stanford and Arkansas. Here's his top ten:
1. LSU
2. Alabama
3. Oklahoma State
4. Stanford
5. Arkansas
6. Boise State
7. Oregon
8. USC
9. Kansas State
10. Wisconsin
