2012 Big 12 Football Standings: Kansas State still lead Big XII, Kansas at bottom

The Kansas State Wildcats remain at the top of the Big XII after their win over the Texas Tech Red Raiders on Saturday, while the Kansas Jayhawks are at the bottom following their loss to the Texas Longhorns.

The Kansas State Wildcats remain atop the Big XII standings after defeating the Texas Tech Red Raiders 55-24 in Lubbock, Texas on Saturday. The win propels Kansas State to a perfect 8-0 overall record and 5-0 in conference play.

The Wildcats will look to move one step closer to the Big XII Championship and a possible spot in the BCS National Championship Game when they welcome the Oklahoma State Cowboys to Manhattan, KS this Saturday.

The Kansas Jayhawks are on the other end of the standings, sitting in last place after losing to the Texas Longhorns 21-17. The loss dropped the Jayhawks to 1-7 overall and 0-5 within the Big XII. The Jayhawks will look for their first conference win next week when they take on the Baylor Bears in Waco, Texas, Saturday.
