Despite a disappointing overtime loss to UCLA in their last contest, the Tigers are tied for the best non-conference record among SEC teams.

Lurking just behind the Tigers and the Rebels are the Florida Gators (9-2) in third place and the LSU Tigers (8-2) in fourth spot. There is currently a two-team logjam for the sixth-place spot, between the South Carolina Gamecocks and the Texas A&M Aggies, both of whom sport a 9-3 record.
