The Oklahoma City Thunder remain atop the NBA Western Conference standings with a 21-6 record.

Feb 12, 2012 - The Oklahoma City Thunder sit atop the Western Conference with a 21-6 record after winning seven of its last 10 games. The Thunder lead the San Antonio Spurs by 2.5 games and the Los Angeles Clippers by three games. The Thunder's lead in the Northwest division has grown to 5.5 games over the Denver Nuggets who have won just three of their last 10 games.
