Thunder Vs. Celtics Halftime Score: OKC Ahead Comfortably, 72-49

Kevin Durant is leading all scorers with 16 points as the Oklahoma City Thunder are ahead of the Boston Celtics 72-49 at the half. Four Oklahoma City players are in double figures already (Daequan Cook, Russell Westbrook and James Harden). The Thunder used a 14-0 run thanks to Harden and Durant to break the game open in the first quarter. Harden is averaging over 16 points a game as the NBA's most prolific sixth man.

OKC is cruising against a depleted Celtics team that did see Kevin Garnett return to the lineup after missing games for "personal reasons." The big man leads Boston with 15 points and eight rebounds. Paul Pierce has five points, and Ray Allen nine, and Boston has turned the ball over ten times.
