The Oklahoma City Thunder suffered just their five home loss of the year as the Memphis Grizzlies pulled off the upset win 94-88 on Monday night. The Grizzlies offense was balanced and had six players score in double digits with O.J. Mayo coming off the bench to lead all scorers with 22 points.
Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook got their points on the night with 19 and 21 respectively, but Durant shot 8-of-20 from the field including 2-of-8 from the three-point range, and Westbrook was 5-of-16.
As a team the Thunder shot 45 percent from the field which was actually better than the Grizzlies who only shot only 39 percent from the field, but they made one more basket than the Thunder. Another difference in Monday night's loss for the Thunder was free throw shooting where the Grizzlies went 22-of-24 while the Thunder went 17-of-24.
