Ruling On Metta World Peace Suspension Won't Come Monday

Stay connected for news and updates

Debate continues to churn over how long Lakers forward Metta World Peace will be suspended for his vicious elbow to the head of Thunder guard James Harden, but one thing we do know is there will be no ruling from the league office on Monday:

The blow caused Harden to suffer a concussion, and has drawn the attention of basketball fans across the map. Given his history and the league's push to put the safety of its players at the forefront of its agenda, it's possible that World Peace could receive a suspension that last double digit games.

For more on this game Thunder fans should check out Welcome To Loud City and Lakers fans should visit Silver Screen And Roll. For more news and notes from around the NBA head over to SB Nation's NBA Basketball page.
