For the first time this season the Oklahoma City Thunder have lost three straight games in a 103-98 loss to the Indiana Pacers on Friday night. The Thunder trailed most of the game and headed into the fourth quarter trailing by 14 points and that is when they made a comeback.
The Thunder did cut the lead to three points on a Russell Westbrook three-point shot with five seconds left, but that is as close as they would get to the Pacers. The offense for the Thunder struggled most of the night with the exception of Kevin Durant who scored 44 points, and Westbrook did score 21 points on a paltry 7-of-23 from the field. Outside of Durant and Westbrook the rest of Thunder team combined for 35 points.
The Pacers had a more scoring balance attack which was led by Danny Granger and Roy Hibbert. Granger had 26 points and Hibbert had 21 points, 12 rebounds and four blocks.
With this loss the Thunder no longer have the best record in the Western Conference and trail the San Antonio Spurs by percentage points.
