Oklahoma City Thunder center Kendrick Perkins will not return to the game against the Dallas Mavericks on Saturday due to a hip injury suffered in the first quarter of Game 4. Perkins was making a move on offense toward the middle, in the paint area, when he came down awkwardly on his knee.

The game is still in the first half, with Thunder and Mavericks going back in forth in lead changes. Perkins had two rebounds and two assists before leaving the game. Perkins has been injured in the playoffs before, having gone down when he was with the Celtics a couple of seasons ago.
