The Olympic basketball betting lines are out, and to no one's surprise, Team USA is the heavy, heavy favorite:
#london2012 hoops gold medal odds, via @BovadaLV: US 1/8, Spain 13/2, France 28/1, Australia 100/1, Great Britain 250/1, Tunisia 1000/1.

To make a winning bet on Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook and James Harden, you would have to put up $8 to get $1 back.
Spain, who USA defeated 100-78 in a friendly earlier in the week, is widely-seen as the second-best team in the tournament, and they are getting respectable 6:1 odds.
France, which features Tony Parker, Nic Batum and Boris Diaw, is getting pretty good odds at 28:1, if Parker has recovered from the eye injury he suffered at a New York nightclub in the off-season.
