The Kansas City Chiefs are set to play the Buffalo Bills on Sunday and the Chiefs, like they have been all season, are going in nearly at full strength. The Chiefs had three players on the injury report Wednesday and they were all listed at limited.
WR/RB Dexter McCluster (ankle): We're not sure what's up with him but he's not running yet. Even if he can't go, he hasn't had a major role in the offense as far as touches go (until last week) so not much would change.
G Ryan Lilja (hand): He had his hand wrapped up and there's no word what's up with it. He didn't appear to come out of the game at any point last week.
S Reshard Langford (ankle): He's been out for more than a month now and appears to be making some progress.
The Chiefs eliminated a couple names -- DE Tyson Jackson and RT Ryan O'Callaghan -- that have been on the injury report all season.
