KC Chiefs Could Put Up Big Fantasy Football Numbers Against Arizona Cardinals

The Kansas City Chiefs will be hosting the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium. The Chiefs are on a two-game losing streak, including a miserable loss to the Denver Broncos last week, while the Cardinals have lost four in a row themselves.

The Cardinals come in with the league's 32nd-ranked defense. They haven't allowed less than 20 points in a game since Week 1.That means some Chiefs may be getting some action on Sunday. Here's a look at the fantasy football matchup for a few Chiefs.

RB Jamaal Charles: He had 14 carries last week despite the Chiefs being down 21-0 in the first quarter. I suspect he'll see his fair share again. Good news for Charles' fantasy owners: KC is trying to get him more involved in the passing game so he could see even more points. He could see 15-20 touches and Charles is always a threat to turn a short gain into a long one so he's a good play this week.

WR Dwayne Bowe: He's tied for the NFL lead in touchdown receptions with nine, which is a career high for him. He's had eight touchdowns in the last five games. I'm not saying Bowe's the best but I'm saying he and Cassel have a nice connection right now. Bowe should be starting if he's on your team. He's not much of a threat to break out with a 100-plus yard game but he is Cassel's favorite touchdown target.

QB Matt Cassel: He's a very risky start because he's hit or miss in fantasy football but he blew up last week with 469 yards and four touchdowns. He might be worth considering if you don't have any better options because he doesn't turn it over often and has 16 touchdowns this year.
