Missouri Tigers Jump Out To Early Lead Over North Florida

The Missouri Tigers are up big on North Florida early in the Tigers second regular season game of the 2010 basketball season. The Tigers led as much as 16-2 to start the game.

Missouri's guard play has been strong early with Michael Dixon and Marcus Denmon combining for 14 early points.

Dixon is 1-of-1 from beyond the arc and 5-of-6 from the free throw line. Denmon has added six points. The Tigers have an advantage down low with Ricardo Ratliffe being aggressive early.

The Tigers opened the season on Thursday night with a victory over Western Illinois, 66-61. Suffice to say, the Tigers are looking sharper than they did against Western Illinois, who led Mizzou at one point late in the game.
