College Football Rankings: Nebraska Drops Behind Mizzou In USA Today Coaches' Poll

The Nebraska Cornhuskers lost the Big 12 Championship game on Saturday night and by Sunday morning the college football rankings penalized them for it. Last week, Nebraska was ranked No. 13 in the USA Today poll followed by Missouri and then the Oklahoma State Cowboys.

This week Nebraska falls behind Mizzou. Oklahoma State is No. 13, Missouri is at No. 14 and Nebraska is at No. 15. Oklahoma remains the top ranked Big 12 team tied for No. 8.

Oregon and Auburn remain atop the polls while TCU, Wisconsin and Stanford follow. Ohio State, Michigan State, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Boise State round out the top 10.

The Sooners and Huskers played in the Big 12 Championship game on Saturday which was the Big 12 action this week. We won't see these teams playing against until closer to the new year with bowl games.
