Braves Scoring Five Runs Against Royals Is An 'Auto-Win'

SB Nation's Talking Chop has a preview up for Sunday's game between the Royals and Braves. They're hoping that the Braves can muster up five runs in support of Kenshin Kawakami, who takes the mound against the Royals' Kyle Davies.

I want all of you out there in Braves Country to send good vibes in KK's direction. Specifically, I want everyone to hope and/or pray that the Braves can score 5 runs while KK is in the game. Because not only will that trigger the auto-win (the Braves have won 41 straight games in which they've scored 5 or more), but it should be enough to get KK that much-deserved first victory.

The Braves scored five runs Saturday night and of course won. 41 in a row when scoring over five runs is an impressive number.

Davies is a former Brave so there's yet another connection in this game.
