The Royals are off tomorrow and on Friday they begin the weekend series with the Cardinals.

↵There will likely be a lot more people at this weekend's game, unfortunately many of them will be wearing red. Also at the game are the people (like my folks) who bought opening day tickets. Part of their deal was that you had to buy a ticket to this game.
↵It's sort of like Chiefs making people buy tickets to a preseason game if they wanted to see the Cowboys or Steelers last year.
↵The Royal killer on the Cards is Albert Pujols. His Kauffman career: .400 average, 12 home runs, 36 RBIs and 44 hits in 27 games.
↵For the full series, the Royals are 24-33 against the Cards. They're 12-21 at home and 12-12 on the road.
