Football Recruit Picks Kansas Over Florida State

Kansas football made its way out to California for recruiting purposes and came out a winner in the case of Bryan Peters, the 57th ranked offensive lineman in the country.

This is a good development for Kansas because Peters is also the first commit to have multiple offers from other BCS schools. That means they beat someone at the recruiting game (and it doesn't that that someone was Florida State).

“They have an awesome staff,” Peters told Rivals. “They have been coaching at a lot of great schools before they got to Kansas. They are from winning programs. I loved the town of Lawrence. It is a college town. The campus is nice and everything was unbelievable. I loved the atmosphere.”
