The Royals Are The Comeback Kids, Sort Of

Here's an interesting statistic for the Royals: In 28 innings this year, they've had two outs and no one base but still scored a run -- 53 runs to be exact.

When they score, it's an average of nearly two runs per inning and that's 15% of their total runs this season.

"Usually with two outs, the wind kind of gets taken out of the offense," Scott Podsednik said. "But not so with this club. Even with two outs, we feel like we're capable of putting some runs up and that just goes back to our attitude, our expectations and what we feel like we can accomplish."

Now if they could just translate that to more wins...
