LeBron James Is Coming To Kansas City October 8th

Well, well, well. LeBron James is coming to Kansas City after all.'

On October 8, LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh and the "other guys" on the Miami Heat will meet Kevin Durant and the Oklahoma City Thunder in downtown Kansas City at the Sprint Center for an exhibition game.

Per the Kansas City Star:

More than 2,000 tickets were sold before noon Friday, with sales expected to increase throughout the day. Sprint Center officials declined to provide an additional update at the end of the day.

"With last night’s announcement, the basketball fans that were in tune to our schedule have responded," said Shani Tate, Sprint Center director of communications and marketing. "But there are still plenty of tickets available."

If Kansas City can't sell this game out, then they clearly don't need/want a NBA team.

So then it'll be LeBron, Wade and Bosh in Kansas City before Miami.

Other notables in the game: Kevin Durant, Cole Aldrich, Mario Chalmers and Nick Collison.

Tickets range from $12-$202.
